Refunds and Exchanges

We hope that you are delighted with your Dream Jewellery or Accessory and that the pieces you acquire are timeless, cherished and always sparkle. 

All items are quality checked and packaged carefully and securely before dispatched to Royal Mail.

However, should you experience any fault with your item we sincerely apologise. We offer refunds or exchanges within 14 days of delivery for any faults on items. 

Due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept refunds or exchange on any earrings unless there has been a fault. Any returns or exchanges need to be unworn and in original packaging. 

Please contact us on dreamjewelleryandaccessories@outlook.com within 14 days of delivery with details of any fault and pictures if possible and our Customer Service will arrange for any returns or exchanges. We recommend that you return your items using recorded delivery and postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
